The aim of this work is the analysis of industrialization and development of machining in the field of nuclear components in terms of machining itself and also in terms of CNC machine tools. First, a representative for the area, Framatome, is selected and key machining operations are presented and analysed. Subsequently, the machining technology is designed, and it is verified by machining tests and the method of Couple tool-material. Model of machining forces is developed.
